This perfect popcorn confection starts with Too Haute Cowgirls’ own special caramel corn smothered in rich dark, coffee infused chocolate, tossed with chocolate covered espresso beans, then drizzled with velvety white chocolate. As every cowgirl knows, life begins with coffee and chocolate.

“Cowboy Coffee” is made by putting ground coffee in a clean sock, immersing it in cold water, and heating it over a campfire. Our cowgirls prefer something a bit more sophisticated. Their “Cowgirl Coffee” is a blend of espresso and chocolate, sipped leisurely in the dining room of the luxurious Brown Palace Hotel here in Denver.
