The Cowgirls' Haute New Website

Too Haute Cowgirls has launched a new website and is open for e-business! The owners of Too Haute Cowgirls turned to Brian Getting at Terra Firma Design & Consulting for help in designing a website that would express their vision. Both Tarrant and Liebl stressed the need for the design to reflect the Too Haute brand, with its distinctly Western flavor, and to make it easy and fun to navigate through the site, story, and – most importantly – the online store. The new website employs a custom content management system that allow Too Haute staff to wrangle the aspects of the website that they need to, without jeopardizing the integrity of the site. Too Haute Cowgirls Win Chocolate Awards

Denver, February 8, 2010 – Too Haute Cowgirls, Chocolate Popcorn Confections, won two awards at the annual Say it with Chocolate fundraiser at the Tattered Cover in downtown Denver. The event raises money for the Third Way Center – a residential treatment and education program for troubled teens and families. The evening was a fiesta of chocolate in every form imaginable featuring some of Denver’s best pastry chefs and some very creative and delicious treats. Unlimited sampling and a silent auction contributed to a successful evening for all. There were three categories of judging: Professional, Celebrity, and, of course, the People. Cool Economy Leads to Haute New Chocolate Business

Not content to wait out the slow economy, two Colorado women hope to discover a gold mine in chocolate popcorn. In 2009, Deanna Liebl, wedding cake designer and owner of Signature Wedding Cakes was experimenting with new products for her brides. She called on Amy Tarrant, recent pastry graduate of the Culinary School of the Rockies in Boulder, Colorado, and fellow unrepentant popcorn addict to help create a selection of unique chocolate covered popcorn flavors to offer as wedding favors.
