Fleur De Sel is French for “flower of salt”. Hand harvested off the coast of Brittany, it is considered by many to be the best salt in the world. Our Cowgirls were introduced to the delicate French salt while having dinner with Anna Held, wife of Florenz Ziegfeld, creator of the Ziegfeld Follies, after her performance at the Tabor Opera House in Leadville, Colorado in 1904.
