Shipping information

Orders received before 4 pm Mountain Time typically ship the following day Monday through Wednesday. Orders received after 4 pm Mountain Time typically ship two days later. Because we don't want your order sitting in a shipping facility over a weekend, we will delay shipment until the following Monday if your order can't be delivered before the weekend. Because our products are made to order, large volume orders may also take a couple of days before shipping. If this is the case, we will be sure to contact you so you know exactly when your order will ship.

FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER $100!* (standard delivery only September through May to all locations. Applicable to SOME locations in the summer months depending on state. You will have the option to choose "Standard delivery" if it is available in your location.)

We want to make shipping as easy as possible for you. Our standard shipping is Federal Express or UPS ground, and orders over $100 include regular standard shipping FREE if all items are shipping to a single address!

Need your popcorn faster? Not a problem. We also offer the following expedited shipping options (additional shipping charges will apply):

  • FedEx 2nd Air
  • FedEx Standard Overnight
  • FedEx Priority Overnight

WARM WEATHER SHIPPING **Due to the perishable nature of chocolate, shipping prices are higher from May until October since special packaging is required to ensure that your popcorn arrives in perfect condition. Also, we do not offer our standard shipping option to some locations during these months. 

We don’t require a signature at the time of delivery, but we do encourage someone to accept the delivery due to the perishable nature of our products. If you are sending our products as a gift, we encourage you to notify the recipient or have items delivered to a business location where the products will not be left out in the elements.

We do everything possible to ensure the safe delivery of your products. Please check the address given carefully for accuracy. We cannot be responsible for deliveries returned due to an incorrect shipping address. Reshipment will require an additional charge.

Shipping charges will not be refunded for late deliveries if the business is closed or not available to receive the package when delivered.
